IMPORTANT-PLEASE READ

Summer check -in is 3:30pm. Sorry no early arrivals. The office is closed until then for room cleaning. Check-out is 10:00am. Phone reservations are held for 7 days, allowing time for you to mail a deposit to us. Weekly reservations require $200.00 deposit. Reservations are held until 6:00 pm., unless we have been notified of late arrival. Balance is due upon arrival. You are responsible for the complete number of nights you have reserved. Cancellation refunds will be honored (minus a $25.00 service charge) if placed 45 days or more prior to your arrival and the time is re-rented. Sorry, no refunds for cancellations under 45 days or for early departures.

SUNSET BEACH RESORT offers 17 rental units. Our spacious units come with fully equipped kitchens, living areas, color cable TV and are air conditioned and heated. Some units come with a fireplace and all provide a breath-taking view of the lake. We also offer covered boat slips, boat rentals and a gas dock for your convenience.

Enjoy the view, go boating, catch some fish, relax at the beach or pool, or just observe the wildlife. Whatever your pleasure, SUNSET BEACH RESORT has it all!

Directions:
From Jeff City:
Continue on the new Hwy 54 after crossing the river below the dam. Exit at Hwy 42 / Osage Beach Parkway.
At the top of the exit ramp, make a right on Osage Beach Parkway South and then an immediate right on Bluff Dr.,
followed by a quick left onto Sunset Dr.

From Hwy 42:
Continue straight through light onto Osage Beach Parkway South, go about 1/2 mile and make a right on Bluff,
then an quick left onto Sunset Dr.

From Camdenton:
Take Hwy 54 East over Grand Glaize Bridge to 2nd exit, labeled Hwy 42 / Osage Beach Parkway.
At the top of the ramp, go straight though the light to Osage Beach Parkway South and make a left,
go about 200 feet and make a right on Bluff Dr followed by quick left on Sunset Dr.
