Cancellation policy
Refunds will be honored, minus a $75.00 service charge if placed 14 days prior to your arrival.
NO REFUNDS for cancellations under 14 days. Exceptions for documented medical reasons.

Need To Know
- Check-in is after 3:00pm
(We DO NOT offer early check-in. Late check-in must be pre-arranged, if at anytime after office hours of 5pm) Check-out is by 10:00am - Unit Balance is due when you book your reservations
- All major credit cards or cash (no checks)
- All units are NON-SMOKING - If smoke detected in room at check out, you will be charged a $200 cleaning fee
- Resort facilities are for registered guests only. All non-preregistered guests will be asked to leave.
- NO PETS of any kind, for any reason. If you are found with an animal, you will be evicted immediately with no refund and charged a $200 cleaning fee.
