Cancellation Policy

• Refunds will be honored, minus a $75.00 service charge, if placed 14 days prior to your arrival.
• No refunds for cancellations under 14 days. Exceptions for documented medical reasons.

Need To Know Information

• Check-in is after 3:00 PM
• (Early check-ins are welcome with communication. Late check-in must be pre-arranged if at any time after office hours of 5:00 PM) Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
• All reservations are a two-night minimum.
• Unit balance is due when you book your reservations.
• All major credit cards or cash are accepted (no checks).
• All units are non-smoking. If smoke is detected in the room at check out, you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee. This includes Cannabis and vapor smoke.
• Resort facilities are for registered guests only. All non-preregistered guests will be asked to leave.
• No pets of any kind for any reason. If you are found with an animal, you will be evicted immediately with no refund and charged a $200 cleaning fee.
