Sunset Beach Resort

Check-in Facts:

• Check-in is after 3:00 PM.
• Arrivals after office hours of 5pm must be prearranged by calling the office. Check-out is by 10:00 AM PROMPT.
• Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM – If excessive noise is reported, you will be evicted immediately with no refund.
• You must be 25 years or older to book and stay at our resort. Your nonfamily group must be 25 years or older.
• Unit Balance is due when you book your reservation.
• All major credit cards or cash (no checks).
• All units are non-smoking. If smoke is detected in a room at check out, you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee. Includes cannabis and vapor smoke.
• No pets of any kind for any reason. If you are found with an animal, you will be evicted immediately with no refund and charged a $200 cleaning fee.
• Boat slips are available for registered guests only; availability is limited and must be requested at the time of booking.

Resort Amenities:

• Covered boat slips
• Boat ramp - For boats under 20' long. Ramp may not be available in peak season due to limited parking. USE PB#2 OF LOTO STATE PARK.
• Fish cleaning station
• Beach area
• Swimming Pool

Unit Amenities:

• Free Wi-Fi
• All kitchen, bath, and bedroom linens provided
• Towel exchange is available daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
• Cable TV
• A/C units
• Picnic tables
• Outside charcoal grills
• Kitchens are equipped with major appliances (minus dishwasher), cooking and eating utensils, plates, cookware, drinking glasses, coffee pots, and toaster.

Cancellation Policy:

• Refunds will be honored, minus a $75.00 service charge, if placed 14 days prior to your arrival.
• No refunds for cancellations under 14 days. Exceptions for documented medical reasons.
