Check-In Facts:

  • Check-in is after 3:00pm
    (We DO NOT offer early check-in. Late check-in must be pre-arranged, if at anytime after office hours of 5pm) Check-out is by 10:00am
  • QUIET HOURS 11PM to 8AM – Excessive noise reported and you will be evicted immediately with NO REFUND

  • You must be 25 years old or older to book and stay at our resort. Your non family group must be 25 years or older.

  • Unit Balance is due when you book your reservation
  • All major credit cards or cash (no checks)
  • All units are NON-SMOKING. If smoke detected in room at check out, you will  be charged a  $200 cleaning fee
  • Resort facilities are for registered guests only. All non-preregistered guests will be asked to leave.
  • NO PETS of any kind, for any reason. If you are found with an animal, you will be evicted immediately with no refund and charged a $200 cleaning fee.
  • Boat slips available for registered guests only; availability limited and must be requested at time of booking

Cancellation policy

  • Refunds will be honored, minus a $75.00 service charge if placed 14 days prior to your arrival.
  • NO REFUNDS for cancellations under 14 days. Exceptions for documented medical reasons.
